Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear terms for the PAccount Field weekly subscription.

Subscription price

PAccount Field costs $37 USD per week plus $2 USD per active Labor employee per week. Company administrators and foremen are not included in the per-employee charge. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added. Stripe Checkout displays the current items, quantities, currency, and total before the customer subscribes.

Automatic weekly renewal

The subscription renews automatically every week using the payment method saved with Stripe until canceled. By checking the agreement box and completing Stripe Checkout, the customer authorizes these recurring charges.

Employee quantity

The per-employee portion is based on active employees classified as Labor in the customer account. Changes to active Labor employees may update the subscription quantity and future recurring total. The Billing page displays the current billable employee count.

Cancellation

There is no annual commitment. A company administrator can cancel at any time through Billing → Manage or cancel subscription inside PAccount Field or by emailing erika@paccountpro.com. Cancellation prevents renewal after the current paid period. To avoid the next weekly charge, cancellation must be completed before that renewal is processed.

Refunds

Charges already processed are nonrefundable, and PAccount LLC does not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a weekly period, except where required by law. An unauthorized or incorrect charge should be reported promptly to erika@paccountpro.com so it can be investigated.

Failed payments and access

Stripe may retry a failed payment. PAccount LLC may restrict or suspend access for unpaid amounts after reasonable notice. Canceling a subscription does not erase charges already due.
