PAccount Field Privacy Policy

How PAccount LLC processes information when providing the service.

Effective and last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Scope and roles

This Policy applies to PAccount Field and related service, billing, security, and support communications. PAccount Field is intended for businesses and authorized workforce users, not children. The employer customer decides what workforce information to enter and is responsible for required employee notices, permissions, and lawful instructions.

2. Information processed

We may process account information such as name, email, company, role, account status, and authentication records; employee names, internal identifiers, assignments, status, and configured payroll codes; work dates, times, breaks, projects, cities, activities, notes, approvals, edits, and reasons; audit logs, request and device identifiers, synchronization status, browser data, and security events; Stripe-provided customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, quantity, and confirmations; and communications sent to support.

3. Payment information

Stripe collects and processes payment credentials through Stripe-hosted pages. PAccount LLC does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers. PAccount Field receives limited billing information needed to identify the customer, subscription, status, billed quantity, and payment result.

4. Uses

Information is used to authenticate users; provide, synchronize, secure, and maintain the service; calculate and display hours; prepare reports and requested exports; administer accounts, permissions, subscriptions, support, and fraud prevention; investigate errors and security events; maintain audit history; improve reliability; comply with legal obligations; and respond to valid authority requests.

5. Providers and disclosure

PAccount LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared as necessary with Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for billing, hosting and security providers, email providers, and professional advisers subject to appropriate obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, users, PAccount LLC, or the integrity of the service.

6. Essential sessions, local device, and offline data

PAccount Field uses only cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, synchronization, and offline operation; it does not use this storage for third-party behavioral advertising. To support low-signal or offline work, PAccount Field may temporarily store necessary application data and pending actions on an authorized device. Pending information is submitted when connectivity returns and may remain locally until synchronization completes or it is cleared through normal application behavior. Customers should use device locks and restrict access to authorized users.

7. Retention

Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain audit and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. When appropriate, information is deleted or deidentified following a verified authorized request, subject to security, payroll-record, audit, and legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including role-based access, separation between customer companies, authentication, encrypted connections, restricted server credentials, signed billing events, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers must protect their accounts, devices, and users and promptly report suspected compromise.

9. Requests and choices

An authorized company administrator may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing erika@paccountpro.com. PAccount LLC may verify the requester's identity and authority. A request may be limited by applicable security, audit, contractual, or legal requirements.

10. Incidents and transfers

If PAccount LLC identifies an incident affecting protected information, it will investigate, take reasonable containment measures, and provide notifications when required by applicable law. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal protections.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes to this Policy will receive reasonable notice through the service or by email. Privacy questions, data requests, and suspected security issues may be sent to PAccount LLC at erika@paccountpro.com or +1 (978) 855-9917, Massachusetts, United States.
